What to Expect

Firstly, you are in full control of your remote staff, and it will be as though they are next to you wherever you are. Your decisions will always be final; no one will question any of your decisions or motive. If you need just a couple of workers, we will set them up in our office and put them in direct contact with you, but will still oversee them and make sure they deliver the services you request to the best of their ability. If you need more than eight workers, we will provide top managers for you to oversee their operations. We will adjust to your needs, whether it’s a phone needed, VPN, two screens or powerful studio computer for video or graphic production.
We don’t believe in working remotely as excellent service may not be provided while you are being distracted by family or your kids. You don't need twenty workers to start outsourcing, outsourcing just one or two will save you thousands of dollars every month. Majorly, when we take on a new client, we usually recommend to start with 2 – 3 workers, so we can train them properly to expand to bigger teams while working in line with your requirements and exceeding expectations.
